    We as American Citizens should not face any criminal or civil liability when defending ourselves in our own home. This loophole needs to be changed and I urge Law Shield to address the legislators in Oklahoma to do just that. We should not lose our homes and all we have worked for just because the word “immunity” was not uttered in court. A civil suit should immediately be dismissed in the instances of home invasion.
